Partnerships
At Jenner & Block, we are proud to partner with corporate clients, nonprofit organizations, and in-house counsel who share our values and commitment to expanding access to justice. If you're interested in partnering with us and making a meaningful impact, we invite you to reach out to our Pro Bono Counsel Nura Maznavi.
Together, we can continue to make a difference.
Partnering with Our Corporate Clients
We are proud to partner with our clients to expand our reach and make an even greater impact on people who are in need of legal services.
On August 28, Jenner & Cboe lawyers (pictured here) helped 32 asylum seekers apply for work authorization permits in a pro bono workshop, with training provided by the National Immigrant Justice Center.
Jenner attorneys worked in partnership with our clients to assist 26 young people apply for DACA renewals in 2024.
Partnerships in Action: A Snapshot
Below is a snapshot of our collaborative efforts, highlighting just a few of the many impactful projects we've had the privilege of working on with our partners throughout the year.
Jenner & Block’s Chicago Office Hosts Event to Celebrate Pro Bono Partnerships
In honor of the firm fulfilling its $250 million pro bono commitment, Jenner & Block hosted a reception in the Chicago office to celebrate the power of pro bono partnerships. Partnerships with corporate clients and nonprofit organizations are vital for reaching and serving those who would not otherwise have access to justice. The event featured Jenner’s pro bono clients, including a speech from Pastor Chris Harris of Bright Star Community Outreach and a performance by the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras. Guests included attorneys from corporate clients with whom we've collaborated on pro bono initiatives, as well as representatives from legal services organizations across the Chicagoland region. Co-Managing Partner Randy Mehrberg, Pro Bono Committee Co-Chair Debbie Berman, and Partner Wade Thomson also gave remarks at the reception.
